Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you work for, if you sign up for one) and Coach OS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document number L26000444666), Miami, Florida ("Coach OS", "we"). By using Plancor you agree to them.

What Plancor does

Plancor reads a construction plan set you provide and produces a draft count of your plan set: a marked-up overlay of your sheets, a schedule of items, a list of conflicts between sheets, a one-page summary and a walkthrough video. It is an estimating aid.

Your professional judgment governs

Plancor's output is a draft count for estimator review. You must verify all quantities, dimensions and conflicts against the plans before you bid, order or build. Rows marked VERIFY need a person to look. Plancor does not provide engineering, architectural or surveying services, does not interpret building codes and is not a substitute for the engineer or architect of record. A conflict list is a list of what Plancor found — not a guarantee that no other conflicts exist. Any decision to bid, price, order or build is yours.

Your plan sets

You keep all rights in the plan sets you use and the deliverables Plancor produces. You confirm you have the right to use the plan sets you drop in. Plan sets are processed on your own computer; see the Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping the sign-in link sent to your email private.

Plans, price and billing

Your first plan set is included (or 14 days, whichever comes first). To keep using Plancor after that you activate a plan:

• Standard — $2,500 one-time activation, then $1,200 per month.
• Premium — $4,000 one-time activation, then $1,800 per month.

Monthly fees are billed in advance through Stripe and renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Activation fees and monthly fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice before your next renewal. Taxes, where they apply, are extra.

Your records

Your records are always yours to export, including after you stop paying.

Acceptable use

Use Plancor only for lawful professional purposes. Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, and do not resell it without our written agreement.

Changes to Plancor

Plancor will change over time. We will give account holders reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what it does.

Disclaimer

Plancor is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Coach OS disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any count, dimension or conflict.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Coach OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost bids, change orders, rework or delay costs, arising from use of Plancor. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Coach OS for Plancor in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
