Draft count for estimator review; verify all quantities and dimensions against plans before bidding.
Plancor reads the text and tags on a plan set and produces a draft: numbered call-outs on your sheets, a schedule, a list of conflicts between sheets, a summary and a walkthrough. It is an estimating aid, not a professional service.
- Counts are drafts. Every quantity is a whole count taken from the drawings as issued. Rows marked VERIFY carry the reason and the place on the sheet to check.
- Stated quantities are the plans' own. Where a sheet says "171 ± SF", Plancor reports what the sheet says; it does not measure the drawing.
- Conflicts are what was found, not everything that exists. Plancor compares labelled values, setbacks, identifiers, scales and schedules across sheets. It does not review design intent, code compliance or constructability.
- Scanned sheets are not read. Pages that are pictures of drawings are listed and flagged; nothing on them is counted.
- No engineering, architectural or surveying advice. Questions about which value governs belong to the engineer or architect of record.
