Plancor reads construction plan sets and returns a marked-up overlay, a schedule, a list of conflicts between sheets, a one-page summary and a walkthrough video. This policy explains what Plancor collects, where it is kept, how long, and how it is deleted.
Who we are
Plancor is operated by Coach OS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document number L26000444666), Miami, Florida. For privacy questions, write to privacy@coachingos.org.
Your plan sets stay on your computer
Plancor reads your plan set on your own computer. The PDF you drop in is not uploaded to Coach OS. The overlay, schedule, discrepancies, summary and walkthrough are produced on your computer and saved there (in the desktop app: Documents › Plancor; on the web: inside your browser's storage for this site).
What we do collect
- Account details you give us — your name, business name, email address, how many people will use Plancor, and, if you arrived through a partner link, the referral tag in that link.
- A delivery record for each plan set — an identifier for the plan set, its name, the five file names with their sizes and digital fingerprints (SHA-256), and a one-line summary (for example: "14 sheets, 28 items, 3 conflicts"). This is how your plan-set allowance is counted. It does not include the drawings or the deliverables themselves.
- Billing details — handled by Stripe when you activate. Coach OS does not receive or store your card number.
- Basic service logs — request times, error reports and the address your computer connected from, kept to run and secure the service.
Plancor does not collect advertising identifiers, does not track you across other sites and does not sell personal information.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, each under its own data-protection terms: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (account database and sign-in), Resend (the sign-in email), Stripe (payments) and GitHub (software distribution). We share information with them only to run Plancor, and otherwise only where the law requires it.
Retention
Account and delivery records are kept while your account is open and for up to seven years afterward where tax or accounting law requires it. Service logs are kept for no more than 90 days.
Your choices and deletion
You can export your records from inside Plancor at any time. To close your account and delete your account and delivery records, write to privacy@coachingos.org from the address on the account; we complete verified requests within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law. Plan sets and deliverables on your own computer are yours to keep or delete — we never had a copy.
Security
Connections to Coach OS are encrypted in transit (TLS). Account records are stored in an access-controlled database; each account can read only its own records.
Children
Plancor is a professional tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post material changes here with a new date, and tell account holders by email before they take effect.
